Julie Mandoyan is a Journalist-Researcher for The Global Journal since March 2012. She has strong interests in international security issues, the (complex) politics of the Horn of Africa and the transition to a green economy.
She worked previously as a researcher for international organisations, governments, NGOs and academic institutions in Europe and Africa.
She is a former student of public affairs of Sciences Po Aix and holds a Master's in International Affairs, Security and Conflict Management from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva.
