Concern Worldwide is a non-governmental, international, humanitarian organization dedicated to the reduction of suffering and working towards the ultimate elimination of extreme poverty in the world’s poorest countries.
Concern works in 26 of the poorest countries in the world, targeting the poorest and most vulnerable communities, with a significant focus on women and children. What sets us apart is our focus on both emergency response, which provides life-saving assistance during wars, conflicts, famines, and natural disasters, as well as development initiatives that target and address the root causes of extreme poverty.
